Are batteries included?
Batteries are not included unless stated on the product page. The USB version of the spider web lights works with a USB charger or power bank.
Can I use the spider web lights outside?
The Waterproof Battery + Remote version has a splash-resistant (IP44) battery box, the best choice for covered porches. Avoid heavy rain.
How do I choose my pet’s costume size?
Measure your pet’s neck and chest and compare with the size chart in the product photos. Between two sizes? Pick the larger one.
